The Demining Solutions team
This is more than 100 professionals working every day for Ukraine’s safety. Our team brings together demining specialists, instructors, logisticians, analysts, drone pilots, engineers, and administrators.
We do more than deliver tasks — we build a system that improves outcomes: we implement IMAS standards, train new specialists, and exchange experience internationally.

The initiator and strategic leader of Demining Solutions, who stood at the origins of the company and shaped its key principles: technology-driven approach, openness to partnerships, and focus on results. Under his leadership, the company became a certified humanitarian demining operator implementing IMAS standards and developing innovative approaches.
Today, Tymur is the driving force behind the team working toward a shared goal: making Ukraine safer.

Our specialists have deep expertise in humanitarian demining — both in the public sector and in international organizations. We also train our own deminers and instructors and have signed 11 memorandums of cooperation with national and international institutions.
