Development Director
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Fluent English (the interview will be conducted in English and Ukrainian);
- At least 5 years of experience as a business development director/commercial director;
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills, strategic thinking, and systematic approach;
- Experience in networking and developing partnerships;
- Ability to quickly solve tasks and take responsibility for decisions made;
- Experience in international projects will be an additional advantage;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
- High level of self-organization, readiness for non-standard situations, attention to detail.
Job responsibilities:
- Developing a medium- and long-term commercial strategy that takes into account the specifics of the humanitarian demining market;
- Building a revenue planning system in line with the organization’s operational capacity;
- Seeking strategic partners, building and maintaining long-term relationships with international humanitarian organizations;
- Developing new humanitarian areas of activity, searching for and evaluating new commercial opportunities;
- Monitoring compliance of contractual terms with regulatory requirements and humanitarian demining standards;
- Aligning commercial commitments with actual operational capacity;
- Representing the organization at international events, forums, and coordination meetings;
- Managing the commercial budget, accessing new sources of funding, and assessing risks.
